Problems with JPay Email System
As some of you may know; Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction has been using an inmate electronic mail system through the company JPay. From what we have heard via the internet - At this time; Ohio death row inmates are not able to receive and respond to these emails due to a "Scanner issue". We do not know if and when this issue might be resolved and can find no announcement through theJPay site.___________________________________________________________
